Well, the last few years have been very interesting to say the least, those who don't know, I lost both my parents within a few months of each other, subsequently inherited my family home, and spent every waking hour, and penny I had on renovating the house, then after a few years I have built my dream garage. In the meantime, I have been plodding away building a Rover Sd1, originally for Rallying, but when the MSA kyboshed that, Drifting. Anyway, Recently, the Rover has hit a standstill, as I have been restoring a Triumph Dolomite Sprint, pyrely and simply to make money, but boy waht a project, I can seem a very dim light at the end of the tunnel now, but still have masses of work to do.
Well, I got bored. I wanted something I could jump in and have fun in now, something with future potential for more, so I bought a two door 325i off ebay, and I fetch her yesterday. Wow. I love it with a passion, and the drive back was the most fun I had had with my pants on for a long time. So, what to do, well, I think a cage will be first thing to do, as she already has a 3.63:1 LSD and is lowered a bit, so will be a fun tool, then maybe a challenge spec car, who knows?
