Hmmm, still having to shove lots of tablets down my gob (was 28 per day), although that has been reduced (to 19 per day) now I'm under the Pain Management Clinic with a change of my medication and a lumbar epidural steroid injection 2 months ago. I'm waiting to be accepted onto a spinal cord stimulation trial, which is a more invasive pain management technique for the neuropathic pain around my buttocks and groin area. If that works I'll be a very happy bunny as I've already discovered what is the best solution for my back pain; a warmer climate
Apart from these challenges I'm doing very well thanks, having set myself some clear goals for the future

Rallying is getting a bit too 'check the tyre pressures on your FIA trailer'ish, for some of us...
I keep postponing the inevitable, but I can fit a full size snooker table in my integral garage and I'm already several legs down the path of the redirection relay.

Deffo the right decision. He got it at a good price - car, loads of wheels, tyres, spare box, spare painted panels etc etc and enough spares to cover all eventualities for quite a while. But hey ho I'm satisfied enough with the price as everything has now gone in one fell swoop which makes the whole process that much easier.
