started to strip it now to get some of the metalwork off to be powdercoated , spent an hour tonight making a list of all the bolts and washers required pick them up saturday , doubt ill get much done this weekend as were off on hols , so the boss has got my list of chores ready , little treasure just cant find anywhere to bury her .....

never mind will be refreshed and ready to get on with the paint prep ...

managed to get a few hours in today before we go away . fitted the hatch and stripped the front end painted inside the panels and front inner wings ...

sorted now , something happened to the last few photos when i transferred them from the sd card , so deleted and re-took them
panels all off and painted inside ready for refitting

hopefully get the front bed cleaned up and re-fitted this weekend, so it can go back on its wheels , all the bumper brackets and bits are all etch primed ready for paint was going to powdercoat , but our local guy wanted at least 1 arm and a leg so its hammerite garage door black instead , be just as pretty

even chopped a bit out out of the tailgate , bit of holecutter action as well , after reading so many of the bloggs on here everything i do on the car now , the first thought that comes into my head is weight , misses recons i should start with my waistline first .....

should not be too long now bimsey , once they reinstate the five day weekend it will be out there .

few small jobs during the week preping bits ready for the weekend , couple of coats of hamerite smooth black on these wont need some till the final build but at least they done and ready ..

had the dash back today from being flocked , another bit im not quite ready for but again its done ready ... all the new front suspension on this weekend and as much of the backend as i can get done , need to mount the diff cooler pump and start sort out some pipeing unions and hoses .....

good weekend even though a bit rough , got a bug that seems to be doing the rounds in work ..
stripped off the doors , tailgate , bumpers , bonnet flated them back and gave them 3 coats etch primer ready for the top coat now ..

preped the front wings on the car rather than remove them , engine bay all flated , clip holes taped ready for primer , going to start on the inside next week also need to pick up a caramel wheel to get the glue off the roof , did try thinners and t&g but after 10 mins it was time to stop and float back to earth

front suspension all renewed and back on just the legs left to fit, rear beam and arms on just the diff left to fit try and get these done this week .....
