any info on the spec of it?

im in the middle of making a sump guard fr her and a z3 rack and limited slip diff wud be d next main things to go into her.she has a bit of a problem at the moment, she has a good spark and there is petrol comin but she just wont fire up fr sum reason dis only started to happen within the last week.wud ne 1 know wat cud b wrong???

i got a bmw z3 steering rack today.

i didnt get steering arms with the z3 rack but i was wondering if the original e30 steering arms would fit into the z3 rack nd would they be the right length??

yes they go straight on, the only difference is in the lock tabs

ya, it saves weight . nd i noticed it makes the car look alot shorter im still goin to blank off d holes from the bumper brackets

Just one thing to note if you are going bumperless is that you may regret it if you ever tap it. The bumper iron in the front one takes the hit especially if you knock either corner.

was thinking of dat alrit, if i have a tip now ill be bending metal, dat wud b fair anoying alrit but they weigh a big amount

i went about putting the z3 rack in and i found out that the joiner from the steering colume to the rack is hitting the egsaust manifold, has ny one here come across this problem??

Yes, e36 and z3 racks have the input shaft further over to the left than an e30 one, However i thought this only caused issues when fitting m50 engines into e30's etc.
