If you havent already, before you start adjusting the rod length/clevis position i'd be tempted to jack the wheels up and try to feel the bind.

Perhaps disconnect the clevis pin, remove brake pedal or allow movement, get some one rotating a wheel and see what the effect of moving the servo rod has.

That aside, Can you smell brakes? Are all the pads/calipers lubricated and working right?

Well i had a little play on Saturday and it turned out the pedal is not returning all of the way so i removed it and drilled a new hole further back, put it back together and it was sorted, no more sticky brakes!
