Congratulations to Mark jones

This years glyn memorial stages were held at anglesey circuit 2nd/3rd november
mark was seeded car 7 in the bmw m3
another bmw e30 was also trying which i belive was cliffs old shell it had a redtop engine and sequential gear box.

A wrong tyre choice was made on stage 1 costing a lot of time stage 2 was better and mark led most of day 1 just being pipped to first on the last stage by 2 secounds by bod fowden. despite having a new nav. ( i have damaged my shoulder ligaments hurts like f***)
the secound day was more clear cut mark got ahead and stayed there more settled in the car and allways on the correct rubber for each stage which was changeing all the time
eventualy WON the event by 45 secounds with backing of on the final 2 as there was no need to take silly risks.

Aye,,, it was a good weekends rallying,,, made more enjoyable by the fact that Mark whooped some seriously expensive escorts! Good to meet you all,,, brilliant craic as well
